Position Overview:

This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and integrating data across systems to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with BI tools, understands sales metrics, and can confidently present insights to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI

• Analyze sales and operational data to track key metrics such as:

• Conversion rates

• Production performance

• Perform data validation and qualification to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM systems, APIs, internal databases) into unified dashboards

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to identify reporting needs

• Automate reporting processes and optimize existing workflows

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst, workflow analyst, or similar role

• Tableau and/or Power BI

• Data integration and APIs

• Data validation and data cleaning techniques

• Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and funnel analysis

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales data (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar)
