Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer with a background in debt settlement, financial services, or U.S. financial products to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with pre-qualified leads, understand their financial situation, and close clients into appropriate debt relief programs.
This is a remote, commission-based role with high earning potential for strong performers.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with inbound and outbound leads regarding debt settlement programs
Understand the client's financial situation, debts, and eligibility
Present and explain debt settlement solutions clearly and professionally
Handle objections and guide clients through the enrollment process
Close qualified prospects and achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow compliance and confidentiality standards (U.S. financial regulations)
Work closely with the processing/onboarding team after closing deals
Qualifications
Experience in Debt Settlement, Debt Relief, or U.S. Financial Products is required
Strong closing skills and objection handling
Comfortable working with targets and a commission-based structure
Experience using CRM systems
Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work environment)
Ability to work U.S. business hours
Compensation
Commission-Based – High Commission Structure
