Performance-Based Role | B2B E-Commerce | Regulated Industry
We are looking for a data-driven website performance strategist to identify and fix issues that are slowing down customers, causing confusion, and reducing sales. This is not a coding role. You will analyze user behavior, find friction points, and provide clear action plans for our developers to improve conversions, usability, and search visibility while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer drop-off points in registration, checkout, and payment flows
Simplify complex business account and verification processes to improve completion rates
Reduce cart abandonment by improving clarity, speed, and usability
Improve confusing payment method selection and invoice timing explanations
Address checkout issues caused by out-of-stock products and poor stock visibility
Recommend solutions for delivery versus pick-up selection during checkout
Improve account management features, such as license updates and document uploads
Align system behavior with customer expectations through clearer instructions and onsite messaging
Design or recommend automated notifications for order cancellations, delays, and status updates
Conduct keyword research and improve site structure for organic search growth
Identify technical SEO issues and recommend performance improvements
Provide clear, step-by-step recommendations for developers to implement
Prioritize website improvements based on business impact and conversion potential
Ideal Candidate
• Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Background in UX strategy for e-commerce or B2B websites
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices
• Comfortable using analytics and behavior tracking tools
• Able to turn customer pain points into practical, structured solutions
• Experience in regulated or restricted industries is a plus
Compensation
• Base salary + performance-based commission
• Salary discussed during interview
