Pay: $18.00 - $20 per hour

Position Overview

We’re launching multiple new products across different industries, such as ice cream, chocolates, furniture, and more. We are not looking for a corporate textbook PM, but we want someone who can juggle messy, fast-changing work across very different industries. We need a Project Coordinator who can stay sharp in fast-moving environments, keep teams aligned, and drive execution from idea to launch without needing handholding.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute product launches across different industries

• Coordinate with production, suppliers, branding, and marketing

• Keep timelines moving and solve problems fast

• Track budgets, risks, and deliverables

• Ensure quality and compliance for food and non-food products

What You Need

• Experience managing product or operational projects

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree (or diploma with strong experience) in Business, Operations,

Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field

• Solid computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP system, and experience with at least one

project management tool (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Odoo, MS Project, etc.)
