National Sales Closer - FMCG (U.S. Market)

Project Overview:
A well-established U.S. brand in the FMCG industry is preparing for a nationwide re-launch following a full product rebuild and rebrand.
The initiative focuses on strategic market re-entry, distributor alignment, and retail expansion.
We are assembling a driven Sales Representative to support B2B outreach, manage key relationships, and contribute to long-term commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Knowledge: Build and maintain strong understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and product portfolio to confidently educate retail and distribution partners.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume daily phone outreach using the company’s system to connect with shop owners and distributors.
Email Outreach: Execute daily follow-up and prospecting emails, sharing product catalogs, order forms, and promotional materials.
Pipeline Management: Work from a provided lead list to execute structured outreach campaigns with consistent follow-up.
Order & Payment Coordination: Support payment processing and collaborate with the U.S.-based warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Account Management: Provide post-purchase support, track shipments, gather feedback, address concerns, and manage re-orders to maximize customer satisfaction.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales scripts, workflows, and outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily team calls to share updates, insights, and best practices.
CRM Reporting: Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account statuses in CRM tools.
Brand Representation: Act as a professional brand ambassador, delivering reliable service and maintaining strong business relationships.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
Experience in sales, account management, or business development (required).
Background in consumer goods, retail, distribution, or regulated industries (preferred).
Comfortable handling high call volumes and objection-based selling.
Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach to performance.
Resilient, disciplined, and comfortable hearing “no” while maintaining momentum.
Professional, reliable, and capable of representing a recognized U.S. brand.
