Position Overview:

We are looking for energetic and confident Telemarketing Agents to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. The role involves collecting client information in a compliant manner, completing applications, and connecting qualified clients with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive high-volume outbound and inbound calls.

• Present company solutions clearly and professionally to prospects.

• Ensure professionalism during all customer interactions.

• Transfer qualified clients to relevant departments.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet daily call and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is required.

• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven with the resilience to handle objections

• Proficient in CRM tools and sales software platforms

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, share, and grow
