Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist (Account Manager) to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, collect key information, and qualify prospects for the appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the company services landscape, client needs, and the solutions offered to effectively guide prospects through the sales process

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and confidentiality.

• Speak with clients to understand their needs.

• Update CRM systems with accurate client data and call outcomes.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Collect and verify information accurately.

• Qualify prospects for suitable solutions.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven with the resilience to handle objections

• Proficient in CRM tools and sales software platforms

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, share, and grow
