Position Overview:

We’re looking for an ambitious, well-connected Freelance Sales Representative based in Miami, FL (or anywhere in the U.S.) to help expand our client base.

Your role is simple: introduce U.S. companies that are looking to hire people or build teams, and either refer them to us or collaborate directly with our internal team to close the deal.

This is a fully remote, flexible freelance position — perfect for someone who’s network-driven, entrepreneurial, and interested in building residual income through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with U.S. businesses seeking to hire talent or outsource workforce operations.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and local business connections.
• Introduce potential clients to Pivot X services and facilitate warm handoffs to our internal team.
  
• Collaborate with Pivot X’s project managers and sales automation team to support deal closure.
  
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (B2B preferred).
• Strong network in the Miami business community or broader U.S. market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  
• Familiarity with HR, staffing, or outsourcing industries is a plus (not required).
