We’re launching a brand-new food truck in Miami—and we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and high-energy barista to help bring it to life. If you know your way around an espresso machine and love crafting drinks that brighten someone’s day, this is your chance to be part of something exciting from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items

- Use an espresso machine confidently and consistently to prepare drinks to spec

- Take and process orders through the POS system accurately and efficiently

- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere

- Maintain cleanliness of your station, equipment, and the general service area

- Restock supplies and monitor inventory (report when things run low)

- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and temperature of food/beverages

- Follow all food safety and HACCP standards

- Assist with daily open/close procedures and keep things running smoothly

- Come up with seasonal drink ideas (optional, with bonus pay!)

- Help upsell and suggest items based on customer needs

- Be a team player—jump in wherever needed to keep service moving

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous barista experience (even at home—as long as you’re passionate & skilled!)

- Strong knowledge of espresso machines and basic café techniques

- Great energy and strong customer service skills

- Able to work fast without sacrificing quality or friendliness

- Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling

- Organized, clean, and focused on doing things the right way

- Flexible schedule a plus—we offer both part-time and full-time roles
